Based on the cult novel by Dito Montiel, the film takes place in Astoria, NY during the 1980s. It’s a gritty coming-of-age drama which follows a boy growing up, trying to avoid the tragic fates of those around him.
The acclaimed film stars Robert Downey Jr, Channing Tatum, Rosario Dawson, Shia LaBeouf and Chazz Palminteri.
